With the Recman ATS integration, you can easily send assessments to candidates and get the results back into RecMan. This can be set up with automation, meaning all you have to do is move the candidate to the appropriate pipeline step, and RecMan and Assessio will take care of the rest.
Setting up Recman Integration
Setting up the Recman integration can easily be done on the Recman page. However, only Recman users with the System Administration permissions can complete the set-up. Also, you will need an API-key. Please contact your Assessio support team to acquire this key.
1. Go to the System settings
2. Go to Marketplace.
3. Select Assessio
4. Click the Activate button
5. Enter the API key provided by Assessio.
Name this key and with the switch bar button choose if the API key should be accessible for all departments (global access) or specific departments (restrict access to selected departments).
6. Click on Create to save your API key settings.
You will be able to manage your keys in the Credentials tab.
Using the Recman Integration
Access the Recruitment module and select your project.
Access project settings under the dropdown menu → Assessments → Assessio.
(If it doesn't appear on the list, reach out to your System Admin and they will check all the configurations.)
Add the specific lens you intend to use for candidate evaluations.
Note that RecMan uses the word "test" to refer to lenses
Configure pipeline steps: in the same Recruitment project settings choose Pipeline steps. Then select the desired Assessio Lens (test) for the chosen step. In the example below, the "IT Leadership" lens is added to the First interview step in the Development project settings.
Automate candidate assessments: once configured, moving a candidate to this pipeline step will automatically trigger the Assessio test and send it directly to the candidate.
