Recruitment
Add Learning Agility to a lens.
Lenses that you make can be set to require an additional insight, such as Learning Aility.
Choosing a lens is the second step in the process of creating a recruitment. By choosing a lens you determine what skills you look for in a candidate, and thus what information you are looking for in the recruitment data. The third step is adding an additional insight, which is optional. But for some positions you may be looking for a specific skill, that can only be found through an additional insight. Then, you want to make sure the right data is available, and have all recruiters use the same additional insight. This is now possible for Learning Agility as an additional insight.
In short, you will add an additional insight to a lens. This ensures that all candidates are invited to the same assessments and all recruiters are using the same information. This is of particular interest to organizations that use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), as this makes it possible to provide Learning Agility data for all candidates. Learning Agility is the ability to quickly learn from new experiences and flexibly apply knowledge to overcome new challenges.
Adding an additional insight to a lens can be done by users with the Recruitment admin role, in the lens maker, by creating a new lens.

Edit your emails to candidates.
Users with the Owner role now have the ability to edit the candidate invitation and reminder emails.
When candidates apply for a job within your company, one of the first thing they receive is an email inviting or reminding them to complete the Assessio assessments. These emails are sent by Assessio and their content is a standard format. It is now possible to change these standard emails to better match your organization’s recruitments.
If you want to edit the invitation or the reminder emails that are sent out to candidates, you need the Owner role in the platform. Click on ‘Settings’ in the menu on the left and select ‘Recruitment settings’. Scroll down to the Candidate emails section. Click on the box below the template that you want to edit 'Candidate invitation email’ or 'Candidate invitation reminder' and select the language for which you want to edit the standard. Click on ‘Edit’ to make any changes to the email. Click on ‘Preview’ if you want to see what the entire email will look like. And when you are done, click on ‘Save’. This will change the email that is sent out, only for the chosen language. If your organization uses invitation or reminder emails in different languages, each template must be changed separately.
This is possible to include ‘dynamic variables’ such as the job position, organization name, and main recruiter information, which will be automatically filled in when the email is sent. Note that there are parts of the email that cannot be changed, such as the Legal mentions including cookie policy and privacy policy.
