Recruitment
Updated Values assessment and new additional insight.
Assessio is constantly updating its assessments in order to achieve the best results. We strive for the highest quality assessments to provide you with the most meaningful outcomes that will benefit the recruitment process.
Values
Recently the Match-V assessment, that measures Values, has received an update, with two new scales, new and improved items and a new norm group. For more information on Values, please see this Help Center article. For a complete description of the scale construction, validity and reliability (norm group composition), you can download the Technical manual.
Moreover the assessment is now available in more languages: Danish, Dutch, English (UK), English (US), Finnish, French, German, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, Swedish.
Learning Agility
Match-V items are used, alongside MAP items, to calculate the Learning Agility total score as well as the five subscales. Due to the updates to Match-V, the Learning Agility algorithm has also been updated. These improvements will impact any new recruitment procedures that are started after today, and any existing recruitment procedures to which Learning Agility is added as an additional insight after today. Recruitment procedures that already contained Learning Agility are not affected.
Additional Insights
Both Values and Learning Agility outcomes can be accessed as additional insights if your organization has the Learning Agility add-on activated (Values cannot be activated separately). Recruitment Admins and Recruiters can access these scores via the ‘Compare’ button in the page of any recruitment to which Learning Agility was added. To add Learning Agility, click on the three dots on the right of the recruitment information and select ‘Add additional insights’ from the dropdown menu. In the Compare candidates page, you will find both the Learning Agility and Values tab next to the Competencies tab, alongside your other additional insights, such as Extremes and Potential.
Development
Development goals are available to advance personal growth
All Development users can add development goals to improve the competency behavior that they choose.
Personal growth is important to maintain good performance in a fast-changing environment. Both leaders and team members can benefit from setting individual goals suited to their abilities and needs. The Assessio platform offers the input to select appropriate goals, via Leadership feedback and Self Awareness Insights (SAI), and provides Development goals to help set clear behavioral targets through desired outcomes and actions.
All development users have access to the Development Goals page where they can find the goals they have selected. Goals can be selected when reviewing Leadership performance, for Development admins and Leaders, or when reviewing SAI, for all Development users. Simply select ‘Add development goal’ to see the details of the goal, and then click on ‘confirm’ to add the goal to your Development goals page.
Goals are always related to a specific competency and include a Goal focus, a desired outcome and several Suggested actions to help you achieve real progress. There are three types of goals: from Underdoing to Just right, from Overdoing to Just right, or to stay at Just right. Which of these are offered to you depends on your assessment results, but it is possible to select multiple goals for the same competency. This might be helpful if you are managing different teams, with different needs.
In the development goals page, you can see and edit your goal. You can determine which action you want to focus on specifically. If your organization has the AI Development Coach add-on activated, you can even generate more actions tailored specifically to your needs.
