Problem-solving screening lens
One of the strongest predictors of job performance is intelligence, specifically fluid intelligence. Assessio Matrigma test measures fluid intelligence and this data is used in most lenses, in combination with personality data. The Problem-solving Screening lens does not use personality data; it only uses the intelligence data. This means that candidates do not need to complete the Personality assessment MAP during the recruitment process, allowing for much faster screening of candidates.
In the second step of creating a recruitment process, you can select the Problem solving Screening lens. Using this lens means that all candidates are only invited to complete Matrigma. The Match score of each candidate is therefore entirely based on the results of Matrigma, often referred to as Problem-solving aptitude. Using Problem-solving aptitude in your screening process can be a powerful tool to find candidates best suited for the jobs you are recruiting for.
Note that when you choose to use the Problem-solving Screening lens it will not be possible to switch to other lenses or add competencies when viewing the outcomes in the Compare Candidates page, as these require personality data.
