Personality Lenses only include competencies entirely based on personality data. By using these lenses your Candidates will not be required to complete the intelligence test during the selection process.
Personality lenses can be created and used only if your organisation has the ‘Create Personality lenses’ and ‘AI Lens Assistant’ add-ons activated.
Choosing Personality lenses
Assessio’s Matrigma test measures fluid intelligence, which is a strong predictor of job performance. However for some specific recruitments you may not want to include Matrigma in the recruitment process, due to the nature of the job or the candidate pool for instance. It is possible to use Screening lenses for this purpose, but these do not provide competency scores and are more suited to screening larger groups of Candidates quickly. If you want to use a lens for a recruitment procedure without the need for Candidates to complete Matrigma but still want to be able to interpret the Match score and Competency scores like with other Assessio lenses (e.g. O*Net lenses and Behavior profiles), choose a Personality lens from the Lens library.
Personality lenses can be recognized in the Lens library by the icon next to the Lens name.
If you set the ‘Lens type’ filter to ‘Custom lenses’ you will only find lenses created within your organisation, which include all Personality lenses that are available to you. Assessio does not offer ready-made Personality lenses, so all Personality lenses available to you need to have been created by a Recruitment admin in your organisation.
Creating Personality lenses
Recruitment Admins can create Personality lenses, using the AI-assisted Lens maker. To access the Lens maker:
- Click on Lens management in the menu on the left.
- Select Lens maker.
- In the Lens maker page, select the third option: “I want to create a lens based on personality data”.
