Setting up ReachMee integration
If you (the client) want to use ReachMee for creating and managing recruitments, it is possible to create an integration between Assessio and ReachMee. This integration has to be set up by Assessio and activated by the client. It can only be set up for clients that have the Recruitment module active and have at least one user with the Recruitment Admin role.
For the setup, you will need to indicate to Assessio who the default Recruitment Admin should be for your organization. Having a default Recruitment Admin ensures that when a recruitment is created via ReachMee, the creator is automatically set to this Recruitment Admin. All communication with candidates will contain this user’s information as the sender and contact person.
Once Assessio has set up the integration, you can activate the connection between ReachMee and the Assessio platform. This is done by a user with Recruitment Admin role in the Assessio platform who signs in to the Assessio platform via ReachMee to establish the connection. We highly recommend testing the full flow as the only way to make sure that the connection is fully operational.
Editing the integration
The default Recruitment Admin can be changed anytime by Assessio Support Team, Assessio Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
It is also possible to edit the contact for a specific recruitment, by editing the Main recruiter for this recruitment in the Assessio platform.
Using ReachMee integration
Creating a Project for recruitment
In ReachMee a recruiter creates what is called a “Project”. General information needs to be filled in by the user, which they will be familiar with, such as organization, project name, number of positions, etc. Once the project is created, the recruiter is able to fill in further settings.
Selecting lenses for recruitment
Under the Candidate tests tab, the recruiter chooses which lenses to use for the project, referred to as “Evaluation templates” in ReachMee. The lenses listed in ReachMee reflect the lenses selection authorized by the Recruitment Admin in the Lens Library of the Assessio platform. The recruiter can select one or more lenses for a project. If several lenses are selected for a project, a recruitment will be created for each lens in the Assessio platform.
Managing swim lanes for the recruitment process
In the “Manage folders” tab, recruiters can define swim lanes for their recruitment process.
In ReachMee, recruitment process swim lanes are referred to as “Folders”.
The standard swim lanes are as follows:
Inviting a candidate with a trigger
In the recruitment process recruiters can add triggers to define where the candidates should be added to the Assessio platform in order to receive the assessments.
A trigger is set in the Event Engine tab. It indicates the lens that needs to be used when the candidate is sent to the Assessio platform.
In the following example, instead of having Interview 1 and Interview 2, the swim lanes have been changed to Assessment and Interview 1.
Whenever a candidate enters the swim lane, that triggers the sending of the assessments corresponding to the selected lens.
In the candidate section, the recruiter can create candidates and add them to the project. When candidates are moved into the Assessment folder, they are sent to the platform and invited to complete the assessments corresponding to the selected lens.
Inviting a candidate without a trigger
The candidate can also be invited to take the assessments without having to do the above steps. If the user does not want to set up a trigger, they are able to manually invite a candidate to complete the assessment.
Recruiters select which lens should be used for the recruitment.
Candidates results in ReachMee
The language used to read the results from candidates is defined among one of the the Assessio platform languages, when setting up the integration between Assessio and ReachMee.
The language used in the communication with candidates is set up in ReachMee.
When a candidate enters a swim lane that contains the trigger, the candidate is created and added to the corresponding recruitment in the Assessio platform.
Once created, the recruiter will be able to click on the candidate’s name. This will bring the user to the candidate’s profile within the Project. The page will look as follows:
Navigating to Candidate tests, the user will be able to see the candidate’s score on the lens and the underlying competency scores. They will have access to the candidate’s report and the back link to the recruitment in the Assessio platform.
