Leaders can create their own reviews and invite their team members to provide feedback. Development admins can access all reviews and also create reviews on behalf of Leaders in the system.
Creating a review
- Select Development in the menu on the left and then Reviews.
- Click on +Create review.
- Add a review name .
- Select the Leader being reviewed, by typing their name and selecting from the list of users in the Platform.
- Click on Next.
- Create the Review team by clicking the 'Select team' box and selecting the team members from the list of users in the Platform. This list will first show all users that have the Leader that is being reviewd as their Direct report. You can search the list by typing in the name of team members or scrolling down.
- Set performance area weightings by clicking anywhere on the colored bar, or dragging the indicator. Changing the weight impacts the calculation of the score. If you do not have a very clear reason to change this setting, we recommend keeping it in the default setting.
- Click on Next.
- Select when you want to send the review requests to the review team.
- Set deadline for receiving completed reviews from review team. One day before this deadline an automatic reminder is sent to the Reviewer.
- Click Send.
The review has now been created and requests have been sent to the review team.
