Recruitment
Personal lenses are available in the Lens library
Recruiters can now create and share Personal lenses for use in their own Recruitments.
Choosing the right lens to use for a Recruitment is an important part of a successful Recruitment process. Organisations have many different Lenses available to them. And Recruitment Admins can choose which lenses should be used in the organisation, by creating new lenses and hiding others.
For some purposes however, Recruiters may find it useful to create and share their own personal lenses. This is now possible via the Lens library. Recruiters can make changes to existing lenses, by boosting competencies or changing lens details, and save these changes as a Personal lens. A Personal Lens can only be used by them, or by whomever they decide to share the lens with. Sharing a lens means giving full access, including editing and deleting. Recruitment Admins are also able to create Personal lenses. These lenses can be found in the Lens Library, under Personal Lenses.
Note that Personal lenses is an add-on and can only be used if your organisation has activated it. If your organisation has also activated the AI Lens Assistant, then Recruiters can use this method of creating new custom lenses and store them as personal Lenses. The option to creating a lensby mirroring a high performer, if activated, is only available to Recruitment Admins, not Recruiters.
Once a Personal lens is used, the assessment results can be viewed by anyone who is part of the Recruitment team, regardless of whether they have access to the lens or not. However they will need to be given access to the lens if they wish to switch to it in the Compare Candidates page.
