New Norm group for MAP
Assessio continuously updates its norm groups in order to reflect the current state of normal, work-related behavior and be able to make predictions based on this information. A new global norm has been implemented for MAP. All new recruitment processes will use this norm. Recruitments created before this implementation will remain unchanged, using the old norm.
Over time, what is considered normal behavior changes. Major events and crises have an impact on the way people in general behave and new generations may also challenge the existing standards. Therefore, with respect to assessments, it is highly important to update norm groups at a regular basis and make sure that all candidates and people assessed are evaluated with a norm group representing the current state and what is currently considered normal behavior, since that will provide the most valid assessment. Automate assessment reminders
Automate the first reminder to all candidates who have not completed their assessments.
In the recruitment process, tracking candidates and ensuring they complete their assessments on time can be challenging. To streamline this, Assessio has introduced an automated reminder scheduler. This feature enables Recruitment Admins to set up automatic reminders for candidates who have not completed their assessments within a specified timeframe.
Recruitment Admins can activate this feature by going to “Recruitment settings” within the “Settings” menu. Under “Automate assessment reminders,” Admins can specify the number of days after which a reminder should be sent to candidates. This automation applies organization-wide and integrates seamlessly with ATS systems.
The default reminder schedule is set to 7 days, but it can be adjusted to meet your organization’s needs. The number of days count from the moment a candidate is added to a Recruitment process and has received the first invitation email.
The automated assessment reminder reduces manual tracking by recruiters and ensures all candidates receive reminders in a timely manner. This automation is designed to make the recruitment process more efficient and ensure candidates stay engaged with the assessment process. Activate it today to enhance your recruitment strategy.
