Setting up Jobylon integration
If you want to use Jobylon for creating and managing recruitments, it is possible to create an integration between Assessio and Jobylon. This integration has to be set up by Assessio and activated by Jobylon. It can only be set up for clients that have the recruitment module active and have at least one user with the Recruitment Admin role.
You will need to indicate who the default Recruitment Admin should be for your organization. Having a default Recruitment Admin ensures that when a recruitment is created via Jobylon and not all information is provided, the creator can be automatically set to this Recruitment Admin. The consequences of this is that all communication with candidates will contain this user’s information as the sender and contact person.
You will also need to submit the Jobylon Company Identifier to your Assessio contact. This is generated by Jobylon and ensures that the requests you make via the integration are processed by the correct organization in the Assessio platform.
After Assessio has used the Jobylon Company identifier to set up the integration, Jobylon needs to activate the integration. This will allow you to access the Assessio assessments when creating a recruitment in Jobylon.
Using Jobylon integration
Once Jobylon is set up, you can use it to invite Candidates to an Assessio assessment and view the following results: Match score, Competency scores. To do this you first need to determine the Lens to use for the recruitment as well as the language of the invitation. The assessments will be first set to this language too, but candidates will be able to change the language to their own preference.
To select a lens navigate to the jobs page and find the job you want to sent out assessments for. Click on the clipboard-icon (when you hover over it with your mouse, it will say: “Assessio”). A new page will open up; here select the language for the invitation and the Lens to use for the assessment results. Save these settings.
Now that you have set up the assessment, you can invite a candidate via the candidate’s profile page. Click on the three dots in the menu bar right above the candidate name. From this menu, select “Assessio”. This will produce a modal, which asks you to confirm. Click “Ok” to have the Assessio platform send out invitation email to the candidate, to complete the Assessio assessments.
Once the candidate has completed the assessments, the results are sent to Jobylon. These results can once again be found in the candidate’s profile page. The Match score is shown in the top right of the Assessio section. This score ranges from 0 to 100 and is color coded, the highest match scores (from 80 to 100), indicating a very strong match, are green. Strong matches are indicated by blue (60 to 79) and average or low matches are yellow (0 to 59). Below the match score you will find all competencies that are included in the selected lens and the competency scores derived from the assessments. The higher the scores, the higher the expectation of matching job performance.
