After completing one or more assessments the candidate can choose to give their consent for your organization to reuse their results in another recruitment.
If a candidate has given their consent after completing the assessments, the candidate will get an email saying that they have gave their consent for you as an organization to reuse their results. If you add a candidate in a recruitment, and the candidate has previously given consent for reuse, the results will appear directly in the recruitment and the candidate will receive an email. This email will state that their results have been reused, including the name of the new recruitment, and give the candidate the option to withdraw their consent.
If a candidate has completed assessments previously but did not give consent at that time, they can chose to reuse their data or retake the assessments whenever they are invited to a new recruitment. They can make this decision separately per questionnaire, so it is possible to only retake part of the assessments and reuse their previous data for the remaining part. After completion of (part of) the assessments, the candidate can once again choose to give their consent for reusing their data.
