Recruitment module
Recruitment notification
You will now be notified when an assessment is completed within your recruitments.
Recruitments do not have office hours; Candidates apply for jobs during all hours of the day. So by the time you open your Assessio platform, there will be new candidates who have completed assessments. Instead of going through all your recruitments one by one, you can now simply click on “Notifications” in the bottom of the left panel menu.
“Notifications” will be highlighted only when there are new candidates that completed the assessments for a recruitment. A number will be visible next to the “Notifications”, this number indicates for how many recruitments there are new candidates. By clicking on the notification itself, you will be taken directly to the recruitment, where you can review the Match scores of these candidates.
Closing a recruitment
You can now close recruitments, which allows you to clean up your workspace.
We know that you are working in many recruitments at the same time, so you need to work efficiently. Therefore, we have made it possible to close recruitments that you have either completed or paused. In this way, you can keep your recruitment dashboard clear and easy to navigate. Making it easier for you to find the recruitment projects that need your attention.
You close a recruitment from your Recruitment page, by clicking the three dots, or from the recruitment details page. The recruitment will now be found under the closed recruitments.
Once the recruitment is closed you can still review the scores and analyse the data, but you cannot invite new candidates to it and it will disappear from the active recruitments in your dashboard. If you want to re-open a closed recruitment you can do so from the recruitment details page, by clicking top right or on the three dots in the Recruitment page.
Quicker insights into recruitments
You can now get a better overview of assessment completion, scores and internal candidates in your recruitments.
We know that efficiency is critical when managing many recruitments and candidates at once. To support this, we have added three features to help you to get quicker insights into your recruitments. This will help you decide when to actively engage in the recruitment and drive them to completion. In your recruitment page, you can now see how many candidates have been invited and how many of them have already completed the assessments. You also see the top three match scores within each recruitment.
Even in external recruitments, you might have internal candidates (people already working for your company). Many companies have specific processes for those situations. For example, internal candidates should always be interviewed, since internal mobility is important. Therefore, when going into a specific recruitment, you can now also see if you have internal candidates in there. They have a blue symbol with a tooltip next to their name.
Share candidate results
You can now share your shortlist of candidates with collaborators.
Have you reached the point in your recruitment when you want to share your shortlisted candidates with a decision maker? You can now create a list of candidates, include the data you want to highlight and then share this shortlist with your colleagues by sending them a link directly to this data.
In the “Analyze candidate(s)” page, select your candidates and in the top right corner click the “Share” button that lets you copy a link and send it to the person(s) who you want to share this view with. Any changes you made during your analysis, such as switching the lens or adding competencies, are shared with your collaborators as well.
Please note that the person who receives the link needs to be added as a collaborator in your recruitment project, in order for them to see the data. If they have the role of “Recruitment admin” in the platform, they can see all recruitment data and do not need to be added as collaborator.
