Recruitment module
Recruitment team permissions
Determine the permissions that your collaborators have when working with recruitments.
There can be many people interested in the recruitments you are handling. For some of these collaborators you will want some input and support with inviting new candidates or adding more collaborators. For others you will want them only to see the recruitment results, not edit any of the content.
As a recruiter you can now determine the permissions within your own recruitment teams. When you add a new collaborator in the Edit Recruitment team menu, you can select either the ‘Can edit’ or ‘View only’ permissions for this person. With the ‘Can edit’ permission they are allowed to do all administrative actions within the recruitment. With the ‘View only’ permission they have access to the recruitment, the feedback report and the analyze page.
If the person you are adding to the recruitment team has the Recruitment admin role in the platform, they automatically have the ‘Can edit’ permission and this cannot be changed to the ‘View only’ permission. In the case of a user that was formally a recruiter and has a view permission within a recruitment and is made a recruitment admin, there is a warning within the collaborator view indicating that they have a view permission that is overridden by their role as a recruitment admin.
