Single-sign on
Organisations can now enable Single-sign on to access the Assessio platform without the need to provide a username and password.
Single sign-on (SSO) makes accessing the Assessio platform a whole lot easier for all users. Instead of accessing the Assessio platform by entering your username and password, you go directly to your dashboard page. All you need to do is use the same browser as you are using for accessing other programs for your organisation, linked by the SSO Identity Provider (IdP). Your organisation can set this up by contacting the Assessio account manager. Enabling SSO has to be done at the organisation level and then applies to all current users. New users still need to be added via the Assessio platform.
Recruitment
Hiring Candidates
You can now set the status of a candidate to hired.
The final step of the recruitment process, after the assessments and an interview, is the hiring of a candidate. When collaborating with others in a recruitment team it is useful to indicate which candidate was hired. This keeps the process transparent and keeps record of important recruitment decisions.
Changing the status of a candidate to ‘hired’ is done in the recruitment page, by a Recruitment admin or a Recruiter who can edit details of the recruitment. Go to the candidate and click on the three buttons to the right. Now select ‘Mark as Hired’ from the dropdown menu. This will change the candidate’s status to Hired. To undo this, follow the same steps.
Candidates with the Hired status can be reviewed via the People menu, by selecting the Pending employees option. From here candidates can become employees. If your organisation has activated both the Recruitment module and the Development module it is possible to add the candidate as employee into the platform and keep all assessment data.
