The Assessio platform has two major modules: Recruitment module and Development module. Adding or deactivating a module can only be performed from the backoffice. Platform users do not have access to the backoffice. Contact your Assessio Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
The recruitment module consists of assessments and tools that you can use to make predictions about which candidates will be successful in the available position. You can create your own recruitment for a specific position, select a lens and see which candidate have the best match towards the chosen lens.
If you are interested in the development potential of your employees, either within their current position, or regarding a different position in the near future, you can use the assessments and tools within this module. The development module includes both Self Awareness Insights, for personal growth based on assessment data and Leadership feedback, where managers can create their own reviews and ask their teams to provide feedback on their Leadership.
