The leadership scores that you can see are those of yourself, your colleagues and other leaders that fall under your leadership. Level 1 is your own level, level 2 is the level below you, level 3 is the level below that, and so on. The organisational structure determines the levels that are visible to you, only your own and lower levels are visible. The organisational structure is automatically determined by the platform, based on the indicated managers (leaders) of each person in the platform. To change these settings, go to the People menu. You need to have the Owner role or the role of Development admin to indicate managers for people in the platform.
For each level you can see the average Leadership score and the averages for all four areas of leadership. The arrows next to a score indicate whether the score has gone up or down with the last review that was completed.
By clicking on a level you see all leaders that are in this level. For each Leader you see the most recent score, when the score was last updated and whether this score is higher or lower than the previous score.
By clicking on view you get taken to the Leader's Performance Page where you will find more information on the review and Review team.
