MAP stands for Measuring and assessing individual potential. It is a questionnaire designed to measure personality according to the five-factor model of personality. The MAP test contains a total of 200 items and takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.
The five-factor model is the dominant model in personality psychology when it comes to describing different human traits. It has been researched across many populations and cultures and continues to be the most widely accepted theory of personality today. The five factors are: Extraversion, Agreeableness , Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability , and Openness . MAP measures these as well as the 25 subscales.
These questions can be presented in one of 14 languages. This language will be used both for the questions and the instructions before the test. MAP can be completed in the following languages:
