If you want to remove a Candidate from a specific recruitment, for example if the candidate has withdrawn, you can do this by following these steps:.

Click on Recruitment to go to the Recruitment page.

Select the recruitment from the list of recruitments.
You can use the search function for this, or scroll down the list. The list is automatically organised by creation date, but you can organise it by Job name or deadline, simply by clicking the top of that column. Make sure you have the right list selected, you can choose from Open recruitments or Closed recruitments.

Search for your Candidate and click on the three dots on the right of the Candidate.

Click on Remove candidate.
The Candidate will be removed from the recruitment but will still be visible in the Candidate list. This makes it possible to add the Candidate to a new recruitment and use the data again, if the Candidate has given permission for this.
If the Candidate has not completed the assessment and you want to delete the Candidate, you can do this on the All candidates page. Deleting a Candidate will remove all their data from the platform.
