You can create a new feedback review for yourself if you are a Leader. If you are a Development admin, you can create a review for any Leader. You will find the button + Create review on your dashboard and via the Development menu option, by selecting Leadership feedback from the dropdown menu.

Click on + Create review to start the process of creating a review. You start with step 1.

Add a review name.

Select the person being reviewed from the list of leaders.
If you cannot find the person you are looking for, it may be that they are not in the system. Ask an Owner to add this person.

Click Next.

Continue with step 2.

Create the Review team by selecting the different people that are going to provide the feedback from the list of people in your organisation.
If you cannot find the person you are looking for, it may be that they are not in the system. Ask an Owner to add this person.

If needed, change the performance area weightings by dragging the arrows to left or right.
Changing the weight impacts the calculation of the score. For most reviews, the default options are right.

Click Next.

Continue with step 3.

Set a date to sent the invitation to the Review team.
The default option is to sent the invitation immediately after creating the review. Select 'Later' to change that. Click on the date to open a calendar to choose the right date.

Set a date as a deadline for the review team to complete their review.
This deadline will be communicated via the invitation email. The review will remain open even after this date, but will automatically close when all reviewers have completed the review.

Click on Send when you are ready to complete the Review and send the invitations.
